Rental and safety policy · Updated August 17, 2026

The attendant controls the robot.

Good Bot LA currently provides attended rentals. Our attendant delivers, sets up, operates, manages batteries, and packs down the robot.

Venue requirements

Customers must provide accurate information about the venue, parking, load-in, schedule, crowd, surfaces, stairs, animals, and operating space. Robots work best on clean, dry, stable surfaces with a defined operating area. Rain, wet floors, loose sand, unsafe stairs, uncontrolled traffic, or dense crowds may require a revised routine or stop.

Guest interaction

Guests may approach, photograph, and interact as the attendant directs. Children and animals need active adult or handler supervision. Guests may not ride, lift, restrain, kick, strike, open, program, or independently operate the robot.

Safe operating authority

The attendant chooses venue-safe movements and speed. The attendant may pause, modify, or stop activity when a person, animal, surface, crowd, weather condition, or technical issue creates risk. Customers must follow operating instructions and keep the agreed area clear.

Batteries and event windows

A package describes the event window rather than continuous movement. The agreed plan may include performance intervals, idle time, charging, or battery changes. Good Bot LA handles every battery and charger.

Damage, loss, and technical issues

The final rental agreement defines responsibility for customer-caused damage, unsafe venue conditions, theft, unauthorized handling, equipment malfunction, substitutions, credits, and rescheduling. Report any incident to the attendant immediately.
