Privacy notice · Updated August 17, 2026
Your information stays part of the booking process.
Good Bot LA collects the contact, venue, date, event, and access information that you submit so we can review and operate a rental request.
Address checks
After you type three characters in the service-area checker, our server sends what you type to the Photon geocoding service so it can suggest Los Angeles addresses. Selecting a suggestion or submitting a full address gives Good Bot the location coordinates needed for the service-area estimate. Photon receives the search text and ordinary server-request information. Your browser sends the request to Good Bot rather than directly to Photon.
We do not publicly cache address responses. Our server may keep results in a bounded in-memory cache for up to five minutes to reduce repeated searches. The cache does not associate a result with your contact information. The booking request stores the venue address only after you submit the booking form.
Booking requests
Cal.com receives the contact, venue, and event information needed to place a pending request on our operating calendar. Vercel hosts the website and server functions. We do not sell personal information.
How we use and retain information
We use request information to assess availability, travel, venue conditions, safety, agreements, invoices, and the rental itself. We retain records only as long as operational, accounting, insurance, dispute, and legal needs require.
Your requests
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete eligible information by emailing hello@goodbot.la.
